About Pontus & Brian

Pontus and Brian are two dedicated movement teachers with a variety of skills from different movement practices and they are both highly educated and experience with Foundation Training (FT) principles.

Brian is master instructor in FT and was a part of the movement in California where the movement originally started. He is also known as the “logo” where his silhouette was used to promote the concept in the beginning. He moves himself and on insta you find him as @mrmoveman on instagram. Get inspired with his slakkline and surf skills in speedos ;)

Pontus is one of the pioneers in Scandinavia in Foundation Training. He is also a ski-teacher with skills and has overall an understanding of movement, biomechanics and muscles like no other from many years working as a therapist combined with teaching. He is also a former freeheel athlete with multiple competition successes in freeskiing comps with freeheel. Injuries, Interest and Focus he has taught him a lot about the human body which has been passed on to his clients with great success. Check out success stories here.
