BASIC PRINCIPLES OF TRAINING
This workshop teaches you WHAT you have to know to train your body effectively, safe and fun. You will learn exercises from Foundation Training, neurological hacks to improve learning skills, movement and HOW to interpret pain signals in your body.
GOLF: SWING OUT OF BACK PAIN!
Golf is a fantastic sport that teaches you many things. Everybody who plays golf knows how difficult it can be to swing “relaxed” but hit the ball, towards target and repeat it. Maintaining function in hip movement and a stabile spin is key to maintain a good practice with. Back pain is a very common problem in golf. This workshop teaches you exactly what you need to know to literally swing your self out of chronic back pain.
RUNNING: BREATHING, MOVEMENT & LEARNING
Learn different techniques of breathing, support different systems in body brain connection. Apply the techniques in running and experience how your running changes breath by breath. You will learn why different breathing techniques support different systems. How to do it and work on running technique and focus.
SKIING: BODY, BRAIN & GRAVITY
A workshop that teaches principles of skiing efficiently, with performance and without pain. You will learn about how the body relates to gravity in motion, the causes of fear and How vision affects your movement. We will do functional screening of the body, video analysis and individualised training programs on and off the snow.
CLIMBING: TENSEGRITY & GRIPSTRENGHT
The principles of gravity is something that you always fight when climbing. Moving up a wall, pulling in the arms, standing on small little pieces of rock. It is difficult but people mange the most impressive ascends these days. Injuries is a common problem in this sport. elbows, hands, back and knees are put under big load, or integrative tension - tensegrity. Tensegrity or more accurat Bio-tensegrity is what allows our body to move. Muscles create pull in the bones, and the body moves. Grip-strength depends on how much pull our brain create in our muscles. This depends also on how much inner body resistance there is. This workshop focuses on minimizing inne tension, balance up structure and functional exercises supporting climbers on their most frequent pain - back, shoulder and elbow pain.
TRAINING: BASICS, MOVEMENT & SUSTAINABILITY
To gain sustainable progress in training its important be motivated in a healthy way and minimise downperiods of training. This workshop targets training and sustainability. Sustainability in this context mean to train without injuries, move with quality, and perform with excellence. You will learn simple neuromuscular assessments, functional assessments and exercises that support the bodies recovery processes and the parasympathic nervsystem. Effective rest is key to longterm progress in training and longevity.
WINDSURF: VISION & JIBE
Windsurfing has many technical elements, fears and physical challenges to overcome before the jibe, carving jibe, is on the agenda og learning. A common stopper in the process is lower back, elbow and shoulder pain. No matter how you do, your body will work a lott in windsurfing. For maximum experience, reducing injuries is key to success, as well as time on water. But there is some stuff possible to train while not surfing, exercises to balance up imbalances in muscle, bones and facia and improving eye-body connection. Get ready to hit time on water with quality in movement and perception.
